What’s Included

• Same- or next-day appointments — DPC panels are kept smaller specifically so this is possible
• Longer visit times — real time to talk through your concerns instead of a rushed 10-minute slot
• Direct access to your provider — a more direct line for questions between visits than the standard front-desk phone tag
• Telemedicine visits included — video visits at no additional per-visit cost
• Care coordination — help navigating specialist referrals, imaging, and labs

What’s Not Included

DPC membership is primary care, not a replacement for insurance.
