01Our commitment

Luckycharm Primary Care is committed to making our website usable by people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

02What we do

• Write in plain language and use clear headings and page structure.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Check color contrast and keep text resizable.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus.
• Review new pages for accessibility before we publish them, and review existing pages over time.
• Add a Spanish version of our website.

03Known limitations

Some parts of our site are provided by other companies, including online booking and the Patient Portal from Elation Health, Google Maps, review widgets, and video players. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their code. Some downloadable PDF forms may not be fully accessible yet. If you have trouble with any of these, we will help by phone or in person.

04Get help or an alternative

If you can’t use part of our website, we can:

• Book your appointment by phone at 903.488.CARE.
• Fill out intake forms with you by phone or at the clinic.
• Send information in a format that works for you, such as large print or an accessible electronic file.

05At the clinic

We provide reasonable accommodations, auxiliary aids, and free language assistance services, including interpreters, so you can communicate with us effectively. Please call ahead if you need an accommodation so we can be ready for your visit. Learn more in our Nondiscrimination Notice.
