Luckycharm DPC$1,500

Membership includes one in-person visit, up to three telemedicine visits, and one OMT session each month, plus priority same-day scheduling. DPC is not insurance and doesn’t cover hospital care, specialists, medications, or outside labs and imaging. We recommend keeping insurance for those. This simple estimate covers primary care costs only.

Starting in 2026, a qualifying DPC membership under $150 a month can be paid from an HSA without affecting your eligibility. Texas has no state income tax, so these savings come from federal taxes. This is an estimate, not tax advice.
