Why Partner With Luckycharm

A training site built for continuity, not just checklists

Your students get direct physician mentorship and real longitudinal patient relationships across DPC, insurance, and self-pay panels — and your program gets a responsive, low-friction affiliate site.

Continuity-of-Care Exposure

Students follow real patients across DPC membership, insurance, and self-pay models — not one-off encounters — building diagnostic reasoning over time.

Longitudinal Panels

Direct Physician Supervision

Every rotation is led personally by Dr. Uchenne Mbaraonye, DO — one preceptor, consistent feedback, and osteopathic (OMM/OMT) exposure alongside allopathic training.

1:1 Mentorship

Adult primary care, internal medicine, chronic disease management, and telemedicine all live under one roof, giving trainees a fuller view of modern practice.

Multi-Model Exposure

Streamlined Affiliation

A single-site MOU, fast document turnaround, and scheduling that flexes around your program's academic calendar — no bureaucratic back-and-forth.

How Affiliation Works

From first conversation to placed students

A straightforward path for clinical placement offices — most affiliations are ready to receive students within a few weeks of signed paperwork.

1

Inquiry & Program Fit Call

Your placement office reaches out; we discuss track needs, cohort size, timing, and site capacity to confirm a good fit.

2

Affiliation Agreement (MOU)

We execute a clinical affiliation agreement covering supervision, liability, and program responsibilities on both sides.

3

Credentialing & Site Onboarding

Student compliance documents are verified and each trainee is briefed on site workflow, EHR access, and expectations.

4

Faculty & Preceptor Coordination

Dr. Mbaraonye and your faculty liaison align on learning objectives, evaluation forms, and communication cadence.

5

Ongoing Partnership Review

We check in each rotation cycle to review student feedback, site capacity, and renewal terms for the affiliation.

What we'll need from your program

To finalize an affiliation, please have the following ready.

  • A designated faculty liaison / clinical placement contact
  • Program-standard affiliation agreement or willingness to sign ours
  • Proof of student liability / malpractice coverage
  • Background check & immunization compliance documentation
  • Learning objectives & evaluation forms for the rotation
Individual student applications are handled separately once an affiliation is in place — see our Apply for a Rotation page.
