We hold room in the schedule for patients who get sick or need care quickly. Same-day and next-day visits are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, when the schedule allows. Here's how to get one.

Same-day telemedicine is available anywhere in Texas. Call (855) 66-LUCKY. You must be in Texas at the time of your visit.

Good to know

Walk-ins: We may be able to see walk-in patients based on availability. Please call first so we can tell you the wait.

DPC members: Members get priority for same-day and next-day appointments.

New patients welcome: Same-day visits are open to new and existing adult patients, 18 and older. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of your medications.

Emergencies: We are not an emergency clinic. For chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, or other emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

You can schedule your visit in one of three ways:

 

  • Online: Use our secure booking system by booking an appointment to choose a time that works best for you.
 
  • By Phone: Call the clinic directly at (903) 488-CARE during business hours.
 
  • For Telemedicine: Call us directly at (855)-66LUCKY during business hours.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR VISIT

To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, please bring:

 

  • A valid photo ID
 
  • Your health insurance card
 
  • A list of current medications (including dosage and frequency)
 
  • Any recent medical records or test results (optional but helpful)
 
  • Completed new patient forms (if applicable)
 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

 

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
 
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee
 

We respect your time and expect similar courtesy.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and secure electronic payments through our patient portal.

Copays, deductibles, and self pay balances are collected before or at your visit.

For telemedicine visits, payment is required before the appointment begins.

Patients enrolled in recurring care programs agree to automatic monthly billing.

Returned payments or failed charges are the responsibility of the patient. 

We do not accept peer to peer payment apps for medical services.

Receipts are provided after every transaction.


AFTER HOURS AND EMERGENCIES

 

If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.


Messages left after business hours are reviewed the next business day.


Same-day appointments depend on provider availability.


Telemedicine visits require a scheduled appointment.
