Common Questions
Do I need my school to be affiliated before I apply?
Yes. Individual rotations are placed under a signed clinical affiliation agreement between Luckycharm and your program. If your school doesn't have one yet, have your clinical placement office reach out through our University & Program Partnerships page — most affiliations can be finalized within a few weeks.
How long is a typical rotation?
Rotation length follows your program's own requirements — we accommodate the dates and weekly hours your school defines as part of the affiliation.
Is there a cost to the rotation?
Rotations aren't a paid stipend — there's a program fee paid by the trainee, based on the number of hours you need. We'll confirm your exact hours, schedule, and total cost together before anything is signed. An invoice is sent once your rotation agreement is signed, and payment by credit or debit card is due (and must clear) at least one week before your rotation begins.
Can I apply for more than one track or rotation period?
Submit a separate application for each rotation period you're requesting. If you're unsure which track applies to you, reach out and we'll help you sort it out before you apply.
Have questions before you apply?
Reach out to our clinical education coordinator — we're happy to talk through your track, timeline, and what your school will need to provide.
Rotation availability, eligibility, and cohort capacity vary by track and academic term. Placement requires a signed clinical affiliation agreement between Luckycharm and your program plus completed compliance documentation.
