Reviews & Testimonials Policy

Patient reviews help others find good care. This policy explains how we ask for them, how we show them, and how we respond while protecting your privacy.

Effective date: October 15, 2026
The short version
  • The reviews on our website come from real patients and real review sites. We don’t write, buy, or edit them.
  • We never pay for reviews or offer rewards for positive ones.
  • To protect your privacy, we won’t confirm that you are a patient or discuss your care in a public reply.

01How we ask for reviews

We may invite patients to share honest feedback on Google or other review sites after a visit. We ask all patients the same way, whether we expect a positive or negative review. We never:

  • Pay for reviews, or offer discounts, gifts, or other rewards for them.
  • Ask for only positive reviews, or screen patients before inviting them.
  • Write reviews ourselves or ask staff, family, or friends to post reviews about us.
  • Pressure anyone to change or remove a review.

02How we display reviews

Our website shows reviews from Google and other platforms through a third-party review widget. Reviews appear as the reviewer wrote them. We do not edit them, and our rating summary reflects what the review platforms report. We may choose which platforms to display, but we do not hide reviews based on whether they are positive or negative.

03Testimonials

Testimonials on our Testimonials page, in videos, or on social media come from real patients who gave written permission to share their story, name, or image. A testimonial reflects one person’s experience. It is not a promise that you will have the same result.

Results vary. Treatments such as medical weight management, GLP-1 medications, Empower RF, APEX RF, and osteopathic manipulative treatment are not right for everyone, and outcomes differ from person to person. Before-and-after photos are shared only with written consent and are not altered beyond basic cropping and privacy masking.

04How we respond to reviews

Federal privacy law protects your health information, even in public replies. When we respond to a review, we will:

  • Not confirm or deny that the reviewer is our patient.
  • Not discuss anyone’s health, treatment, or visit details.
  • Invite the reviewer to contact our office directly so we can help.

This applies even if the reviewer has shared their own health details publicly.

05Social media

Please don’t post private health information in comments on our social media pages. We may hide or remove comments that contain someone’s health information, spam, threats, hate speech, or harassment. We do not give medical advice in comments or direct messages. Use the Patient Portal or call 903.488.CARE.

06Concerns about a review

If you believe a review about us is fake or violates a platform’s rules, we may report it to that platform. If you posted a review and want to update or remove it, you can do that directly on the review site.
