01Program description

Luckycharm Primary Care PLLC sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who opt in. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes.
• Care-related notices, such as a message to log in to the Patient Portal, follow-up reminders, or lab result availability.
• Billing and membership notices, such as DPC payment reminders.
• Practice updates and health tips, only if you have agreed to receive them.

Texts will not include detailed health information. We send that only through the secure Patient Portal.

02How you opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, giving written or verbal consent at the clinic, or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or buying any service.

03Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and care, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

04How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. We will send one final message to confirm, then stop texting you. To start again, reply START or contact us.

06Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your number only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose. See our Website Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.

07Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so do not rely on texts for time-sensitive medical needs.

08Changes

We may change these SMS terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you change your phone number, please tell us so we don’t text the previous owner.
