Do you accept walk-ins?
We strongly encourage scheduling ahead, but may be able to accommodate a walk-in based on same-day availability — call first to confirm.
What age groups do you serve?
We see adults 18 and older only. We don't provide pediatric care.
Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?
Yes — both in-person and telemedicine visits, when availability allows. Book online or by phone.
Do you accept my insurance?
We currently accept Traditional Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, and CHAMPVA — this list is updated regularly.
Can I use telemedicine anywhere in Texas?
Yes. All you need is an internet connection and a device with a camera.
Do you offer a Direct Primary Care membership?
Yes — a monthly membership with transparent pricing, covering in-person visits, tele-visits, and more outside traditional insurance.
