We strongly encourage appointments, but we may accommodate walk-ins based on same-day availability. Please call first to confirm.
We serve adults aged 18 and older only. We do not provide pediatric care.
We are currently awaiting your contract agreement and accepting out of network patients and self pay.
We offer self-pay rates for uninsured patients. These are transparent, affordable, and due at the time of service.
Most visits last 20–40 minutes, depending on the reason for your visit. Annual physicals may take a bit longer.
We offer preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, mental health screenings — all for adults 18 and older.
Currently we do not offer on-site labs for routine bloodwork, urinalysis, diabetes monitoring, and more at the clinic. If lab work or imaging is needed, the provider will place an order and guide you on where to go locally. Results are reviewed and discussed with you.
If your condition requires specialty care, we’ll refer you to a trusted provider in our network and coordinate the transition.
For non-urgent messages, you can leave a voicemail or send a secure message through our Patient Portal. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
