We strongly encourage appointments, but we may accommodate walk-ins based on same-day availability. Please call first to confirm.
We serve adults aged 18 and older only. We do not provide pediatric care.
We are currently accepting insurance plans from Traditional Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Health Care, CHAMPVa. However, this list is always evolving. Insurance participation may change. If you do not see your plan listed, reach out to us for confirmation.
We offer self-pay rates for uninsured patients. These are transparent, affordable, and due at the time of service. If interested, you can sign up for our DPC Program.
Most visits last 20–40 minutes, depending on the reason for your visit. Annual physicals may take a bit longer.
We offer preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, mental health screenings — all for adults 18 and older.
Currently we do not offer on-site labs for routine bloodwork, urinalysis, diabetes monitoring, and more at the clinic. If lab work or imaging is needed, the provider will place an order and guide you on where to go locally. Results are reviewed and discussed with you.
If your condition requires specialty care, we’ll refer you to a trusted provider in our network and coordinate the transition.
For non-urgent messages, you can leave a voicemail or send a secure message through our Patient Portal. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Telemedicine lets you see a licensed provider by secure video from your phone or computer. You book online, complete a short intake, and join your visit at your appointment time. You get care without travel or waiting rooms.
Yes. Telemedicine visits are available for patients in Longview, surrounding East Texas communities and the whole of Texas. You only need internet access and a device with a camera.
Yes. You must be physically located inside the state at the time of your visit. The provider is licensed to treat patients anywhere within the state.
Telemedicine is used for many common medical needs such as colds, flu, sinus infections, allergies, UTIs, skin rashes, blood pressure follow ups, diabetes follow ups, anxiety, depression, and medication refills.
Most patients can get a same day appointment based on availability. Booking is done online in minutes. You choose your time and join the visit from home.
Telemedicine visits use simple self pay pricing or if your insurance covers it. The exact visit fee is shown before you book. There are no surprise charges.
Yes. If medically appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to your local pharmacy after your visit. Controlled substances follow state rules.

No. Luckycharm Primary Care serves adults only. Patients must be 18 years of age or older.
Yes. We provide annual physicals, preventive care visits, and routine wellness screenings for adult patients.
We provide general adult primary care services, including routine preventive screenings and health counseling. Certain specialized women’s health services may be referred to a specialist when appropriate.
Yes. We provide routine preventive care, chronic condition management, and health screenings for adult men.
Yes. We manage common chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and other ongoing medical conditions.
We offer mental health screenings and basic management for conditions such as anxiety and depression. When specialized or advanced care is needed, we coordinate referrals to behavioral health specialists.
No. We are not an emergency clinic. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We provide non-emergency primary care and telemedicine services.
Availability of vaccines may vary. Please contact the clinic to confirm which vaccinations are currently offered and whether an appointment is required.
Yes. We can assist with certain medical forms related to your care. Additional fees and processing time may apply depending on the type and complexity of the form.

If a specialist is needed, your provider will place a referral and help coordinate your care with a trusted local specialist.
Yes. If imaging is medically necessary, your provider will place an order and guide you to a local imaging facility. Luckycharm Primary Care does not perform imaging on-site.
You can request a medical records release form through the clinic. Once completed, we can securely send your records to another healthcare provider.
Yes. With your authorization, we can request your medical records from your previous provider to help ensure continuity of care.
Yes. Patients have access to a secure online portal for communication, forms, and appointment-related information.
We accept common forms of payment including major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Yes. Luckycharm Primary Care offers a Direct Primary Care option for patients who prefer a simple monthly membership instead of traditional insurance billing. Please contact the clinic for current pricing and enrollment details.
We ask that patients cancel or reschedule appointments in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

Yes. Luckycharm Primary Care offers a Direct Primary Care membership with simplified pricing and personalized care.
Your membership covers one in-person visit per month, up to three tele-visits per month, one OMT session per month, discounted rate for any additional in-person visits within the same month, etc.
No. DPC visits are not billed to insurance. Members pay a transparent monthly fee and receive care directly through the clinic.
Please note: It is important to note that DPC membership is not insurance. Only services specified and included in the contract are covered in your DPC membership.

Yes. You can remain insured and still join the DPC program if you want simplified primary care with lower out-of-pocket costs for visits.
DPC membership does not covers routine labs drawn. If lab work or imaging is needed that requires external facilities, you may use your insurance or self-pay at the facility.
Yes. Telemedicine visits are included for members at no extra charge.
