We serve adults aged 18 and older only. We do not provide pediatric care.

 We offer self-pay rates for uninsured patients. These are transparent, affordable, and due at the time of service.

Most visits last 20–40 minutes, depending on the reason for your visit. Annual physicals may take a bit longer.

We offer preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, women’s health, mental health screenings, and on-site lab testing — all for adults 18 and older. 

Yes. We offer on-site labs for routine bloodwork, urinalysis, diabetes monitoring, and more.

 If your condition requires specialty care, we’ll refer you to a trusted provider in our network and coordinate the transition.
