Same-Day Appointments: Based on availability
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and secure electronic payments through our patient portal.
Copays, deductibles, and self pay balances are collected before or at your visit.
For telemedicine visits, payment is required before the appointment begins.
Patients enrolled in recurring care programs agree to automatic monthly billing.
Returned payments or failed charges are the responsibility of the patient.
We do not accept peer to peer payment apps for medical services.
Receipts are provided after every transaction.
